1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@bargainbay.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 1 business day.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Credits & Bargains

Credits used to bargain a product's price are non-refundable. Credits are consumed at the moment of bargain and contribute to the community discount pool, so they can't be reversed.

Purchased credit packs that have not been used may be refundable on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for details.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items (beyond what was reported)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Digital goods and credit purchases (once used)

6. Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or variant, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bargainbay.shop. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
