BargainBay is a community-driven marketplace where product prices are hidden. You spend credits to reveal prices, and the more people who reveal a product, the cheaper it gets for everyone through our community discount formula.

You receive 100 free credits when you create an account. You can also purchase additional credit packs (100, 500, or 1,000 credits) or earn a free daily reveal by visiting every day.

Each price reveal costs 20 credits. With your 100 free signup credits, you can make 5 reveals before needing to purchase more.

Discounts follow a logarithmic formula: Discount = 15 x log2(reveals + 1), capped at 70% off. This means early reveals have the biggest impact, and the discount approaches but never exceeds 70%. You can see the full breakdown on our How It Works page.

When you spend 20 credits on a reveal, 50% (10 credits) goes into the community discount pool for that product. This directly increases the discount for everyone. The other 50% covers platform operation costs.

Yes. The exclusive purchase window is enforced server-side. When you reveal a price, you get exactly 10 seconds to purchase at that locked price. After that, the window closes and you'd need to reveal again.

The community discount only goes up (prices only go down). Once a product reaches a certain discount level, it stays there or gets deeper. Individual reveal prices are locked for your 10-second window.

No. BargainBay is a legitimate marketplace. Our pricing formula is public and verifiable. All payments are processed through Stripe, and we offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. Our community activity is real and auditable.

Yes. The original MSRP prices are sourced from manufacturers. Discounts are calculated transparently using our published formula. You can verify the math yourself on our How It Works page.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BargainBay never stores your credit card information.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll process your return.

No. Once you have credits in your account, they don't expire. Use them whenever you're ready.

Unused credit packs purchased within the last 14 days can be refunded. Contact our support team for assistance.

Every day, you can claim one free reveal (no credit cost). This resets at midnight UTC. It's our way of rewarding regular visitors.

Yes. Contact our support team and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
